Account Information we collect from Users When you create a user account for GrandShipper Service, we will require you to provide us with your full name (mandatory information), email address (mandatory), billing information (mandatory), address (mandatory), phone number (mandatory) and your title (optional). We use this information to create your user account, enable you to log into the GrandShipper Service using username and password, to contact you when required and to bill your account for subscription fee per your selected plan.

Please note that we do not store any financial information on our records and all billing information is collected, managed and processed by Authorize.net (our preferred payment processor).

Collection of payment information When you subscribe for our paid subscription plan and provide your credit card information through our website to Authorize.net, all your sensitive data is encrypted through the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and the information is only retained for as long as necessary by Authorize.net. Authorize.net adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS that ensures the security of your credit card information. Please note that the Company does not store any of your credit card information on its own records.
